AUKTools Pure Air System

The AUKTools Pure Air System is the ultimate dust collection system for use with our AUKTools Router Motor 2400W (all models). Compatible with our AUKTools, INCRA and JessEm Router Tables.

Improve your workshop conditions by removing dust simultaneously at source above and below the cutter whilst feeding the router fresh air. Simply fix to the underneath of your router table, hook up to your router fence and dust extractor for a clean workshop and healthy, pure air.

The AUKTools Pure Air System consists of three main components:

• AUKTools Pure Air System Dust Box
• AUKTools Pure Air System Dust Hood
• AUKTools Pure Air System Hose

Together, these create a unique package that enables the AUKTools Router Motor 2400W to intake clean, fresh air, improving the cooling and longevity of the motor when used within a dust cabinet.

This Dust Box has been designed with a removable cover in the base of the box, which is held in place with magnets. Removing this cover reveals an opening into which the Dust Hose is threaded

The Dust Hood fits snugly over the existing AUKTools Router Motor 2400W cap providing a collar for the hose to connect onto, creating the Pure Air corridor.

The rear extraction port comes with a 63mm (2.5") on the upper section for convenient fence extraction, leading to a lower 100mm (4") dust port connector for optimal dust collection to the extractor.

Accessing your router is simple thanks to the hinged front door, held closed by magnets to the heavy-duty, powder-coated steel cabinet. The right side of the box has a removable opening to allow cables and NVR switches to be fed through, while the left side has an external vent to regulate the balance of air intake for controlled dust extraction. Fits all common lifts and routers for improved air quality and a quieter workshop.

Technical Note

The AUKTools Pure Air System is intended for use with conventional woodworking dust or chip collectors rated at approximately 350 CFM (165 litres/sec) or higher, with a minimum 100 mm (4") inlet diameter.

Note: This system is not compatible with standard 63mm (2-1/2”) wet/dry shop vacuums.
