Same Day Despatch
Order before 2pm and we will aim to despatch your order the same day, Monday to Friday. At exceptionally busy times, for example at Christmas, we will work hard to dispatch your order as soon as we can.
We do not process orders over the weekend or during Public Holidays, so if you place your order after 2pm on Friday, throughout the weekend or during a Public Holiday, we will send it to you on Monday or whenever business re-opens.
Collection
If you prefer to collect your order from us at Wood Workers Workshop (Monday - Friday 09:00-4:30) please contact us.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide to over 200 countries, pay a guaranteed price at the checkout including duty and tax, with no hidden costs. Delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout.
International Pre Orders
If your order consists of a mix of pre-ordered and in stock items, your order will be dispatched in one shipment and this includes next day orders. Any next day orders with pre-ordered items will be dispatched once the stock has been delivered to our warehouse.
Business within the EU
If you are a Business within the EU and need to reclaim sales tax on your order, please email sales@woodworkersworkshop.co.uk
We will provide a quote excluding taxes and duty, please proceed if you accept the following:
- You will be responsible for paying taxes, duty and fees when the order arrives at your country’s border, and for reclaiming tax from your own authority.
- We can only accept payment in Pound Sterling (GBP) via Bank Transfer. We cannot accept credit/debit card or PayPal.
If you place an order online via our website you will NOT be able to reclaim the tax in your own country afterwards.
Undeliverable Parcels
If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a full refund (including delivery charges) unless the address provided is incorrect or the recipient has refused delivery in which case only the cost of the goods will be refunded. We cannot re-dispatch orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable. If you still want to purchase items that were undeliverable, please place a new order on our website.
