Micro Jig's BLADECLEAN Blade and Bit Cleaning System is one of the quickest, safest, and most enjoyable ways to clean your saw blades and router bits. This all-in-one kit is compatible with Circular Saw blades from 178mm (7") up to 300mm (12") in diameter and Router bits with a shank size of 1/4", 1/2", 6mm, 8mm and 12mm.

Dirty blades and bits put stress on your machine, generate more heat and are often mistaken as having dull edges. This is when blades are unnecessarily sent off for sharpening while, more often than not, all they need is a quick cleaning.

Cleaning saw blades can be tedious and time-consuming. The Micro Jig BladeClean system shortens the entire job to just a few minutes. You can quickly clean an entire side of your saw blade in a single motion and without harsh chemicals.

Features

• The magnetic handle attaches to your saw blade, so your skin doesn't come into contact with the cleaning fluid or the sharp cutting edges.
• The router bit holder lets you soak and clean up to five bits using the included scouring discs.
• You can use whichever your preferred cleaner is, such as a general-purpose cleaner.
• Testing shows that the cleaning pad will last for several hundred cleanings before replacing, depending on how often you clean your blades.

When using the cleaning discs with a rotary tool the ideal RPM is between 8000 and 10,000. It is recommended that you do not submerge the bearings of a router cutter as this can affect the bearings' future performance.
