Returns and Refund Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please do not return items without notifying us.
To return an item, please email Customer Services at email@example.com to request a returns form. After receiving the returns form place the item securely in its original packaging, include the returns form provided and return to the following address:

Please note unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of contacting us. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and retain your proof of postage.
Once we receive your item, we notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Returned items will be refunded in total including any original shipping costs if applicable.
If you have received a refund notification email from us but have not received your refund yet, please check with your credit card company, PayPal or bank first, as there is often some processing time before a refund is completed. If you have still not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Downloadable Products
- DVD’s (unsealed)
- Gift Cards
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please contact Customer Services at email@example.com or call us on +44 (0)1684 594683 within 14 days to arrange a return and refund, replacement or repair.
The Customer Services team will arrange for the collection of the item and provide you with a returns label. Please do not return items without contacting us first. Returned items will be refunded in total including any original shipping costs if applicable.
If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a full refund (including delivery charges) unless the address provided is incorrect or the recipient has refused delivery in which case only the cost of the goods will be refunded.
We cannot re-dispatch orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable. If you still want to purchase items that were undeliverable, place a new order on our website.
Extended Returns Policy for Christmas Gifts
During November and December, we offer an extended returns policy. For any goods purchased between the 15th November to the 24th December to be eligible for return please notify Customer Services before the 15th January.
