Returning Unwanted Items
We hope that you're always delighted with your order, although we understand that there are occasions that you may want to return an item. If you aren't happy with your purchase, we'd be happy to refund or exchange it for an alternative item, if you return it to us within 14 days.
Extended Returns for Christmas Gifts
To help our customers who want to buy Christmas gifts with confidence during November and December, we extend our Returns policy – any goods purchased from 15th November can be returned by 15th January for a refund - to give you a full 60 days to return unwanted items to us in their original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original undamaged packaging.

We’ll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will need to mark the RMA number on the outside of your returning package along with your contact details (please don't return unwanted goods without an RMA number).
The cost of returning unwanted items to us isn't eligible for a refund. Please return items safely and well packaged, and if returning them via Royal Mail, don't forget to get a Royal Mail Certificate of Posting.
Returning Faulty or Damaged Items
If your goods arrive damaged, are faulty or have been sent in error, please contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange an immediate refund or replacement to be sent out to you. Email us at email@example.com or call us on +44 (0)1684 594683
We will make all the arrangements with you to replace the item and if required, return the faulty or damaged item back to us by courier or Royal Mail. We will supply you with a Returns Label to return your goods.
Please don't return faulty goods without contacting us first and obtaining a Returns Label as we are responsible for the cost of returning your faulty items to us, and will use the most cost effective way.
Please return items safely and well packaged, and if returning them via Royal Mail, don't forget to get a Royal Mail Certificate of Posting.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your returned items is received and inspected, we aim to process your refund within 7 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed and your refund will be refunded back via your original method of payment (e.g., refunded to your Debit or Credit card or Gift Card).
Faulty items and Unwanted Items returned within 14 days will be refunded the total of the returned product including the original delivery costs.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have received a Refund Notification email from us but haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your credit card company, PayPal or your bank account as there is often some processing time before a refund is completed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
