INCRA - Rule - Precision Straight 300mm (Metric)

INC_RUL300M
Regular price £29.95

Description

INCRA - Rule - Precision (Straight) offers unparalleled accuracy, having patented marking holes to mark in rather than just etched graduations, these Rules allow you to mark out precisely with no risk of error.

Just select the slot or hole, insert a 0.5mm mechanical pencil, and mark the measurement with complete accuracy - unmatched in the industry of Marking Rules!

One of the fundamental errors woodworkers make when measuring out is marking a line then marking the next measurement line from the first; compound errors soon build up - these Rules leave those kind of mistakes as a thing of the past.

Metric Precision Rule (Straight) - 300mm

    • INCRA'S Micro-fine patented marking holes at every 1mm whilst the four centre rows of holes are at 0.25mm increments along its entire length
    • Draw a short line at any mm spacing using the outside slots or by selecting the centre rows and twisting your mechanical pencil you can spot mark any measurement to 0.25mm, 0.5mm, 0.75mm  or 1.0mm; this gives these rules the best accuracy you can achieve when marking out.

Also available in Metric - 150mm and Imperial - 6" and 12" versions plus 10"/250mm (Dual Scale).

Precision (Straight) Rules are also available in INCRA Rule Sets - 300mm.

    Simply brilliant

    Precision instrument for bookbinders

I use this in bookbinding. It removes the risk of parallex when marking up the spine and sewing stations. Because it is so thin it is perfect for trimming end papers against the book block. On larger books you can bend it over the spine to get an accurate measurement. Box making is far more accurate using the Incra ruler. Love it. Arrived promptly and Woodworkers Workshop were very helpful when I contacted them about the delivery.

    Precision measure

When building a 4.5m x 2.7m bookcase using mini fix and adjustable shelving precision measurements are essential and this helps a great deal when used in conjunction with spacer bars.

    Brilliant

I brought this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it. It was much thinner than I expected it to be but he is happy!

I have bought this along with a couple of other bits for my hubby for Christmas, as of yet he hasn't used, but know his want for Incra rules, they will certainly do exactly what he wants and make him a very happy man this Christmas.
