Micro Jig ZEROPLAY Guide Bar System (Double)

by Micro Jig
£44.95

The ZEROPLAY Guide Bar is a unique hassle-free miter bar system that is designed to make calibration easier than ever

The ZEROPLAY uses parallel full-profile gliding surfaces, not set screws, to give you the smoothest operating miter bar on the market. Its smooth gliding movement makes calibration as simple as one-touch and lock in place. Simply push against the ends of the guide bar within a standard (3/4" x 3/8") miter slot or a Shopsmith miter slot and lock the width by securing the three button-head screws with a supplied hex key.

Each guide bar is composed of two interlocking plastic bars that adjust laterally to the exact width of your miter slot to stabilise your jigs. Guide bars are easily calibrated from the top of jigs and fixtures and are easy to retrofit. Includes two guide bars, two ZeroPlay™ stops and two bonus jig plans.

  • Custom fits standard 3/4” x 3/8”, INCRA and General miter slots
  • Slot Width Range: 0.730” - 0.790” (18.54mm—20mm)
  • Slot Depth: minimum 5/16” (7.94mm)

FREE UK Delivery on all orders over £40 within the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands. Only £4.50 on orders under £40.

Excellent for making jigs

These are really easy to calibrate to the mitre slot and making sleds and other jigs. No play whatsoever once adjusted and fastened to the jig.

I'd just suggest MicroJig include some longer screws too as the thread isn't very long on those supplied meaning you have to countersink them alot making your board quite thing at the holding point. They do mention the possibility of using longer screws but as they are imperial sized they are harder to find in the UK.
