AUKTools Router Table Top and Fence Package

Our AUKTools Router Table and Fence Package features a HPL (High-Pressure Laminate) table top, made for us in the UK to our exacting standards. The low friction, hard-wearing phenolic laminated surface and balancer are bonded to a green moisture resistant MDF core, renowned for its stability and longevity in damp conditions. Set into the table top is a 3/4” wide (19mm) aluminium mitre track red anodised for a hard-wearing low friction glide for accessories such as feather boards or a mitre gauge.

The 27mm top is lipped around with 2mm thick impact-resistant black PVC banding and the top is laser etched with mm markings for accurate fence positioning. The fence adjusting slots are CNC machined through the table top and lined underneath with a 2mm thick phenolic lozenge-shaped washer for easy adjusting of a fence and prevent wear of the MDF. A 2mm thick phenolic insert pad lines the bottom of the 235mm x 298mm rebate providing a flat and durable base for your router plate levelling screws. The CNC routed aperture accepts any of our JessEm or INCRA router plates or lifts.

Our AUKTools Router Fence has many of the same features as other larger fences but is designed for more compact workshops or site work, where its small size comes into its own. The single-piece aluminium section is strong and robust and has t-slots in both the top and face of the fence for use with accessories such as fence stops, feather boards or JessEm Clear Cut Stock Guides. The 65mm (2-1/2”) dust port provides excellent above the table dust extraction. The clear plastic bit guard and phenolic faced sliding fence pieces are easily adjusted to ensure maximum user safety whilst allowing for various sized cutters.

The fences can not only slide to change the cutter aperture but also be moved forward by 0.8 or 1.6mm for jointing using the included fence offset bars which neatly store within the red anodised extrusion. The fence is fixed down to your table top using the two supplied high bolts which are secured through the router fence, no extra sidebars are required, making a truly small but perfectly formed compact router fence.
