INCRA Router Table Tops

These heavy duty router table tops feature a 1.25" MDF substrate with a high pressure horizontal grade phenolic laminate top and bottom. With a total thickness of 1-11/32" (34.29mm), these tops are designed to support even the heaviest of production routers and lifts, and will work with any standard 9.25" x 11.75" mounting plate including all of our INCRA, JessEm and Woodpecker lifts.

INCRA router tables feature horizontal-grade, high pressure laminate applied to the top and bottom of the super-flat MDF core using heat and 100,000 pounds of pressure for a balanced, stable construction.

Each computer-machined plate opening also has ten large, flat head leveling screws that form a solid steel base to support the plate (not included) and the plates are conveniently levelled from above the table through access holes in the router plates to eliminate the need to sit on the floor with an Allen wrench.

We sell a wide range of Incra MagnaLock plates and lifts from Incra, JessEm and Woodpecker that fit this table top that are bought separately.

An aluminum miter channel is preinstalled to accept any miter gauge with a 3/4" x 3/8" miter bar.

  • 24" x 36" Offset Router Table Top is INCRA's most compact offset router table designed for INCRA Positioning Systems. Actual table size: 23.580" x 35.580" +/-0.020"
  • 24"x 32" Centred Table Top has the router roughly centred in the top and has the miter channel running parallel to the long dimension, making it ideal for use with the stand-alone Wonder Fence or conventional, shaper-style router fences (an offset-style table is better for INCRA positioning systems like the LS or Original INCRA Jig).  Actual table size: 23.580" x 31.580" +/-0.020"
  • 27" x 43" Offset Router Table is INCRA's widest top and is similar in depth to most table saws for more work surface front-to-rear. This table allows full capacity on the LS 17 Systems. With the LS25 Systems, this table allows 19" capacity between the router centreline and the fence with the positioners base mounted inside the table's edge, and allows full capacity with the base overhanging the right-hand edge. Pre-drilled for the LS positioners and a preinstalled aluminium miter channel. Actual table size:  26.830" x 43.455" +/-0.020"

Unboxing the Router table top, stand and 635 LS Positioner system and Wonder fence was a joy. The build quality is exceptional. Now planning to panel in the sides of the stand to make storage space for Router bits and accessories. When that is done I can install the dust extraction hosing etc followed by the top and finally the positioner system. I haven't purchased the Clean sweep box but do have the Cleansweep Magnaloc plate inserts so will probably upgrade before too long. This kit is going to easily meet my demands and I can't wait to get making stuff on it.

Good table

This review is for the largest offset model.
Installation was fairly easy. I had my own table frame so did not even had to drill the tabletop. Just installed few little metal angels on each side to keep it in place. Biggest challenge came when I had to level router plate. Despite having genuine INCRA plate I still can't get it perfectly flat and flush. Either one corner is catching my INCRA positioner fence or another corner is catching my stock piece. Overall it is not bad at all and is more of a imperfection rather than real issue but still for that price it is not better than my previous table top made of Tufnol plate.
Can't comment on longevity of this top yet. I work mostly with hardwood (oak and others). Observe some tiny marks but these are not scratches. I also applied a little machine wax so now it is really easy to slide work piece. Almost slippery.
All in all I am happy about purchase.
